5. Are your treatments safe?
Yes. Dr. Strobe recommends natural therapies that are safe, evidence-informed, and tailored to your specific needs. Your safety is always a priority, and it’s important to discuss any existing health conditions or medications during your appointment.
6. Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes—at this time, all appointments are conducted via telehealth. This allows you to receive personalized naturopathic care from the comfort and privacy of your home.
7. Will my insurance cover naturopathic services?
Coverage varies by insurance plan. Please check with your provider to confirm your benefits. A superbill can be provided for patients wishing to submit claims for reimbursement (especially those with PPO plans). In most cases, PPO plans will cover bloodwork.
8. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book through the [Schedule] page on Dr. Strobe’s website. If you’re a new patient, start with a free 15-minute Discovery Call. If you decide to move forward, you’ll then be able to schedule your first comprehensive appointment online.
9. I scheduled a Discovery Call—how will Dr. Strobe contact me?
Dr. Strobe will call you at the phone number you provided at the scheduled time of your Discovery Call.
10. What can I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment covering your health history, current concerns, lifestyle habits, and any medications or supplements you’re taking. This appointment typically lasts about 75 minutes. If appropriate, lab work may be recommended to gather additional information. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. A follow-up appointment is usually scheduled 4–6 weeks later.
10. What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please complete your intake forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can also upload relevant medical records to the “Documents” section of the CHARM portal. This helps ensure a thorough and informed consultation.
11. How long does it take to see results?
Results vary based on your unique health situation and the complexity of your concerns. Some patients experience improvements within a few weeks, while others may require longer-term care. Ongoing follow-ups help monitor progress and fine-tune your treatment plan.
